I'm a member of WindowsSeven forums and have seen the work of Mr. Grim and am very impressed. In fact, just yesterday I downloaded and installed his Aero.gray theme. Just what I'd been looking for.

I can't guarantee anything on the contributions as I've just started dealing with customizations. I did send a donation so I wouldn't feel like leech. :) And, who knows, I may get to experimenting and find out I can make few.
