Glow On Mr Grim's Black Glass Aero

Mr Grim would you be able to put a blue glow around the explorer on the black glass aero theme so it looks like this if u have time plz or give sum1 permission to plz :D

Note: This glow is'nt actually on the theme its just been edited on photoshop as an example!

It says that it is unavailable... :S ....well I have another question...I installed the Black Aero Theme and it worked...after that, I also installed an Alienware theme that changed the icons....but apart from the icons it changed the glossiness and the transparency of the windows... how can I changed it?? (I am new with forums.. :D)
