When I edit these images they don't change... I've tried restarting and everything...
I edited both shell32 files in System32 and SysWOW64 (i'm supposed to edit both right?)
i deleted the reflection bmp... 632 and 634... am i not supposed to completely delete it?

You need both images and I found that if I totally deleted the reflection it didn't work right, you can make the normal channels black but you cant remove the alpha channel completely, well at least it didn't seem to work when I tried it, when I did I just had a all white control panel.
