request theme

I am not sure if its oke but i like to request a theme.
i have some couple of desktop wallpapers i like to use.
Can i just request the theme here?
Please let me know and let me know if possible and what you need.

well i like to have an Buffy the vampire slayer theme for windows 7
i have a couple of great desktop wallpaprs and like a theme bsed on it ;-)

I like the theme black with red inside, but Black nd purple is oke for me too.

Can anyone let me know if this is possible and give me an message, so i can give the wallpapers.
