Title Bar, Background, and Text Color...

I need some help friends. I found a theme that is beautiful and would like to try to make my theme have some of the same characteristics. Here is a screen shot of the Explorer window:

What I want to know is this:
1. How do I change the size of the Title Bar for Explorer (or all windows)
2. How do I change the background color of Explorer
3. How do I change the foreground color of Explorer

I would really appreciate the help!

1. Sorry don't know how to change the size of the title bar

2. Explorer & Shell > Shell > ProperTree > <2> >FillColor:Color
Windows 7 > Explorer & Shell > Explorer > Items View > FillColor:Color

3. Not sure what you mean by Foreground colour but maybe you mean these.
Explorer & Shell > Explorer > CommandModule > <1> > Image
Explorer & Shell > Shell > PreviewPane > <1> > <1> > Image

what I meant by foreground color is "text color". I guess I should have said that. That would have been more clear.

Yeah it would a bit lol
Anyway the main text colour is here: Fonts, Colors & System Metrics > Fonts & System Metrics :WindowText:Color

Mr. GRiM, I found out where to change the Title Bar/Caption Bar. It's in:
Fonts, Colors & System Metrics->CaptionBarHeight:Size

Of course this was probably another case of me not making myself clear lol. But anyway, I changed my Title Bar height and I like it.

There is one more thing I need though. The window where you select themes... I want to change the color of the background around the theme squares. Not the background on the outside of the themes (I've already changed that).

Edit: I found out where to change the background. It's also in the Fonts, Colors & System Metrics section.
