Aero Balloon (Know How?)

I was editing my theme and I got a balloon message from uTorrent saying it was done, but it was transparent. Dunno how I did it at all.
If anyone knows how to do this, please let me know so I can re-edit my Aero builds with this.

The only time I have seen that is when using the System transparency program Prisoner made and after tooltip displays it fades out so maybe that's what you saw.

But I don't use that. And it couldn't have been a bug or glitch because it was like that all day. :S
