I take it you mean making it transparent with the Full Glass mod, if so then make that image blank or Semi Transparent to have it transparent with Full Glass.

Sorry you should have said it was version 1.4 you were using.

is there really that much difference in 1.4 and 1.5

Yeah the locations are very different with some things and 1.5 just seems to be better laid out and it's easier to remember the locations for me I found, I always struggled to find things in 1.4 but 1.5 just seems to make sense.
