How to change the width of program list?

I don't know how to use stylehacks, but I want to change the width of programlist and the right pane.

BTW, Do I have to change the shellstyle.dll file?

StartMenu > Pane > Basic

Change the property of some items, such as MorePrograms, OpenBox and so on.

Property Name: DEFAULTPANESIZE:RECT

the four values are left, top, right, bottom

We should change the value of right.
