[SOLVED] Add Glow Effect on Address and Search Bar Text

I need to know how to add the glow effect to the Explorer caption/title bar.

Sorry Mr. GRiM... I think you instructions are for WSB 1.5 and I have version 1.4. I had told you before, but I guess I should include that information in all my posts. Can't expect you to remember what version everyone has :)

Would you please translate the solution to version 1.4?

Ok folks... I found an answer to the problem for anyone who is using WSB version 1.4... It comes as two Stylehack downloads.
