HELP PLEASE with GIF

hey guys I was wondering if theres any experts here who can do animated gifs? I need an avatar done of my car and on that car I need a bra on the hood only and lettering "intrepid" put on the bra and for the windshield I need "INTREPID SRT". also is it possible to put the same rims on the gif? can any of you experts do this? here is a pic of my car and how I want it to give you a reference. and if U need more pics then let me know! TY TY TY!

this is really a bad mock up but I suck at gifs! this is just an idea to show you guys what I mean, what I would like is if U can use the same bra as in my photo and the lettering needs to have the same transitions as the bra!

hey how did u edit the hood of the thing to black, without the animation frames? if u tell me how, I may be able to change it

I used a free gif editor program but I suck at it! LOL someone who uses photoshop would be able to do it as I beleive it has an amazing gif editor in there...now if paint.net could do animated GIF I would be able to do it!
