Not sure where the images are and color located at in this picture thanks for the advice

The top one is a bitmap image in the shell32, the other one is here,

Explorer & Shell > Explorer > TreeView > TreeItem

Mr.Grim Midnight Theme pack reading it trying to figure it out

Use thes images to replace the default Control Panel Images in the shell32.dll using Restorator.

If your using x64 then you will need to replace them in System32 and SysWOW64, Coppy the shell32.dll
to the desktop firt and Take Ownership and rename the originals to shell32.dll.bak and the after you
have replaced the images paste them back in and Restart.

I've followed what you said of the Midnight Theme pack and checked to see if the white was sill there and it is please advice don't know what to do
