I made the border in PhotoShop using different gradients and layer masks and these are the locations for the images in WSB.

Windows and Caption Buttons > Aero > Dwm Window > Frames > Normal > Top
Windows and Caption Buttons > Aero > Dwm Window > Frames > Normal > Bottom
Windows and Caption Buttons > Aero > Dwm Window > Frames > Normal > Left
Windows and Caption Buttons > Aero > Dwm Window > Frames > Normal > Right
