Problem when uninstalling/installing icon packs

I am trying to install the ultimate red icon pack. I had the ultimate blue icon pack installed. But I uninstalled it. My icons are back to normal. But I would like to install the red ones. Whenever I run the install it tells me that the ultimate icon pack is already installed. But my icons are still the default ones. HELP PLEASE. Thanks

in the Data folder within the Icon pack folder there is a file called "UninstallCleanup". use that before trying to install a new icon pack
