How do I change the fonts on the Large and Small icons of the Control Panel?

Change the View setting Text colours:

Explorer & Shell > Explorer > CommandModule > <9> > <1>/<2>/<3>/<6> > TextColor:Color
Explorer & Shell > Explorer > CommandModule > <9> > Font:Font (This Property needs to be added)

Change the Control panel link text colours and Font:

Styles > ControlPanelStyle > SectionTitleLink > TextColor:Color
Styles > ControlPanelStyle > SectionTitleLink > Font:Font

Styles > ControlPanelStyle > SectionTitleLink > Hot > TextColor:Color
Styles > ControlPanelStyle > SectionTitleLink > Hot > Font:Font
