location,s help + right click context menu problem

Can any body help me with these location,s please

1- my computer progress background
2- This text location-programs list extended
3- This text location-jump list
4- The white line at the bottom of right click menu is a problem,
its appeared since i changed the back ground and fills its self
when i hover over it. Any ideas how to fix this

Found 2 and 3-Startmenu-Menus-aero-Placeslistview-Groupheader- To change the color edit HEADING1TEXTCOLOR:COLOR (This changes both 2 and 3)

4. Fonts, Colors & System Metrics > Fonts & System Metrics > Menu:Color

i,d just found the progress bar background , but used the system metrics -menu color to solve the 4th problem
