Can someone be kind enough to create a minimal windows 7 black theme. Similar to this theme with black in the same areas but with the right click or context menu black.

these theme is very nice and I am currently using it but there are some bugs on x64bit because I don't think this theme was made for win x64 and I am looking for something similar. Thank you in advance.
