Shortcut Overlay showing the wrong Icon

Hi all, I have a problem with my shortcut overlay. When I create a Shortcut an strange icon appear on the left part of the icon. like this:
That strange thing appear in all the Shortcuts.

How can i solve it? Please help me.

Instead of the arrow, there is an extrange icon like the one of the photo.

ah ok. the arrow was replaced or deleted. one of the guys will post how to fix it for you, give it a few.. i would but i'm walking out the door to dinner at this moment..

Have you installed any Stardock programs that change the icons or any program to change the theme?

There are certain shortcuts problem ..

I installed TuneUp Utilities but I didn't use it.

There must be another program you installed to make this happen, can you do a system restore to a date before the problem started?
