Windows Desktop Background

I was wondering of someone would move the "VIRTUAL CUSTOMS" to the top of the eyes instead below the eyes. Also is there any way that you could add "WINDOWS 7 ULTIMATE EDITION 64-BIT" somewhere on there as well. Thanks in advance!

Ok I installed the start orb, however it doesnt "move" when i press it. Can someone put some movement in it so it moves when I press it in??

Here is my problem... My gadget covers the lettering. Also the "7" at the top looks weird to me. :idk:
