WOW...!!!!!

I could solve it...!!! :-D

I think, it didn't work, because the Bitmap was not saved as a 24-bit BMP-File...

Well...

Reboot for testing purpose...

If it does not work, I'll post it here otherwise the problem can be signed as solved...

I'll poste a fully featured Screenshot in the relevant Thread in a few days...

EDIT:

Issue solved!

Hi... The reason might be that I use a Professional Edition of Windows 7...

But here you can Download the Bitmap, you need to insert...

The BMP-File HAS TO BE SAVED AS 24-BIIT BITMAP-FILE!!!!

Otherwise it will not work...

Only replace the 201.bmp in OobeFldr.dll (on x64-systems two times)
and ropen the Welcome Center.

You can download the modifyed OobeFldr.dll in my upper posting...

Decided I would give it a go as well for my Deathstar theme :)

Looks also really nice... Allthough it's simply...

Well...
On x64 systems you have to copy it to the system32 AND the SysWOW64 folder...

On x86 systems you only have to copy it to the system32 folder...

Well...
I think about the release of the "Firefly Design" Theme...
But there are still some issues to fix, where I don't know how to fix them.

That is the reason why I didn't release the theme yet.

Well for that I don't need to modify system files I created a PNG File...
I also Use the toole "Theme Resource Changer".
I created a folder in the Theme folder named "OobeFldr.dll".
In this folder I've put the PNG file...
That's it...
