Fonts, Colors & System Metrics > Fonts & System Metrics > Window:Color
Fonts, Colors & System Metrics > Fonts & System Metrics > WindowText:Color

For the more programs highlight image you need to ad some new properties and also for the text color

Start Menu > Menus > Basic > KeyBoard:TreeView > TreeItem > HotSelected > Image
Start Menu > Menus > Basic > Hover:TreeView > TreeItem > Hot > Image

Start Menu > Menus > Aero > KeyBoard:TreeView > TreeItem > HotSelected > TextColor:Color
Start Menu > Menus > Aero > Hover:TreeView > TreeItem > Hot > TextColor:Color

This style hack may help you. just change the text colors and images to your liking.

I applied the style hack & got all back the way I had it but I cannot find the image or color (highlight)for the new program installed in program list
Thanks Jerry

I am very sorry maybe I did not give the right info. If you go to Taskbar and Start Menu Properties>StartMenu Tab>click on Customize Button > & check the box for Hightlight newly installed programs that is what I want to change (red rectangle in screenshot)
Thank You for putting up with me just leaning
Jerry
