startmenu>panels>basic>programslist>contentmargins
startmenu>panels>basic>programslistextended>contentmargins
startmenu>panels>basic>nschost>contentmargins
Change the 1st number to a minus number to move the text left
Change the 3rd number to a higher number to move the text down
(moving the text left will probably mess up your start menu, good luck)

Here is what I got playin a round a lil. Jus need to figure out how to slide the whole thing down and make programs list thinner :)

Any idea where I can get an invisible icon?

You can try this, I just made it in paint,net and it works for me.
