Where is the images for inactive tab, the background, & the arrow box

Background_Toolbar ,headers & Rebar > Rebar > Browsertabbar -edit the image (this should change the inactive tab and button background)
I think active tab is-Fonts , Colors & System metrics > Fonts & System metrics > BTNFACE:COLOR
