HELP..found integrity violations,,is it DANGEROUS or NOT???

I used custom theme for m laptop,,and now i've got this
is it okay if i let this as he goes or its can be damage my system computer or damage my notebook?

I think, it is normal, that it hows an integrity violation, because you obviously have modified any system files...

if you would enter sfc /scannow, it would revert all your modified system files to the original status...
So your modifications will be removed...

What theme are you using...?
It looks good...!
