How to use theme extras?

So I've been using Mr. Grimms themes for a long time, and thoroughly enjoying them. However, they all come with these extras recently that I have no idea what to do with them. If somebody could give a semi-detailed explanation of how to install all these extras in the Deathstar (http://virtualcustoms.net/viewtopic.php?f=75&t=1439) theme, you would be my favorite person ever...

To be honest, my favorite was dark 7 ultimate 7, but I'd like to try deathstar with everything it's got before making a final judgement. And once I can install that one, I can do dark 7 with no problem...

To change the StartOrb, this tool (http://kishan-bagaria.deviantart.com/art/Win-7-Start-Button-Changer-2-6-153001999) might be useful...

To use the modifyed ExplorerFrame.dll, haou have to replace the original one in "X:\WINDOWS\system32\" folder (on x64-systems also "X:\WINDOWS\SysWOW64" folder). ("X" should be the letter of your system drive)

ATTENTION: Make sure, that you have Ownership for the file(s). And don't forget to make a backup of the original file(s) before replacing it.!!!

I've got the start orb tool done, but my problem is the system clock, black media player (which I did get one time by sheer luck but I have no idea how I did it).

Here's a list of what I have and can't figure out from that particular theme:
