gentlemen this theme not working other system,how can i fix that trouble,i apreciate any help.thanx for advence.

Of course it does not work on other systems,because it is no visual style,mate, its only an themepack. Themepacks only work for wallpapers cursors or sounds if they are installed, you cannot change an visual style with an themepack !!
If you want to create such things, you have to do all hard work like other creators and made your own visual style--its not so easy like creating such an themepack,mate. But you are on the right site--one of the best creators of visual styles
is Mr. Grimm--ask him for help and forget this Microsoft themepack-file its rubbish !

nice theme and i am glad you took my advice and mention its based off mr.grim theme you got to give credit where credit is due and i see your doing that now your on the right .Also,another tip your better to ask whoever theme you want to mod if its o.k.

Absolutely beautiful theme,I love the way the start bar, actually the whole theme colors with a dark tinted clear look when you set color intensity at half and saturation and brightness on full.
