In the past I have seen different theme's that make the windows start menu smaller. After searching the web I cannot find anyway to do this other than installing a full theme.
I have run across allot of tips and requests for some kind of tweak.
So I thought maybe I would make a request for a tweak or tool here.
It would have been a GREAT addition to Windows 7 if it can be done without changing anything but the start menu's size (Height)
