Full Glass without Blur?

Hi guys,

Is there a way to get a Full Glass effect without Blur? I dont mean the boarders on the top of the windows.
I want to the remove the Blur effect from the area where the folders are displayed.

I use Full Glass...
The program you've posted has the Blur effect too :(
