Control Panel
Styles > Control Panel Style > NavigationpaneLabel > textcolor : color
Explorer & Shell > Explorer > Itemsview > itemswiew > textcolor : color
Explorer & Shell > Explorer > Itemsview > listview > groupheader >heading1textcolor : color

delete window -Fonts , Colors & System Metrics > Fonts & System Metrics > Windowtext:Color
