Heya. So ive got win 7 starter on net book, is it possible to use these icon packs and installers with win 7 starter?
Its the most annoying thing ive ever experienced. used resource tuner to mod imageres.dll but it wont change it/overwrite although ive taken full ownership etc. Ive been able to change my computer/network icons, but thats it. Im desperate to be able to change file icons, folder icons and such. am i just a being a noob and going about it the wrong way? lol any advice please!
and also is there a hack to change the default theme as personalisation is banned. grrr. :angry:
