How does Aero works

Hi Everyone

What do i need to do make an aero theme that can change colors .

I made a orange colored theme but it does not change when hue is changed from the personalization in Windows 7

Can someone point me to some resourses or general guidelines regarding creation of aero themes

Your images need to have no colour and have a good level of transparency to be changed by the hue in the appearance menu.
