Here is a mod I did for IE8 to go with the Concept theme, or any other theme as well if you like :)

OK I did a bit more on this style, I managed to figure out how to do the tabs as well but I had to change the concept msstyles a bit so the text was visible but it doesn't make the theme look any worse so that good, in fact it was because of IE that I had to have some of them dark before :)

Go to the file location on the shortcut and take ownership of the file and rename it .bak and then paste the moded skin in there.

Which value do I have to change to get the text on the tabs and in the Favourites bar brighter?

I don't like to replace the complete .msstyle...

Will this only work for IE8 or will this work for IE9 as well? Oh by the way the links are dead. I like this a lot and I use IE but am on IE9 now.

MrGirms any chance you might fix the download links for your IE8 mod? I would love to have this mod to go along with your HUD theme.

It doesn't look like I have that system file any more, all I have is the res file, if you open your file with Restorator you can merge the res file with it.

Thank You I will give it try and let you know how it works. I love your HUD them. I am trying to get the dock to take the skin but for some reason it does not see it. Does the dock program have to be the paid for or the free one to make the skin work? I pasted the file into the skin folder but still don't see the skin in the there for it.

Thanks for you help and hope to see your HUD theme on windows 8 some time.

You wouldn't happen to have a how to page or a link on how to do this that will walk me thru it would you?
