Hello,

I have one of Mr. Grim's icon packs installed on my Windows 7 x64 and am having a problem with Daemon Tools Lite using the standard MS icon. I have manually checked the imagres.dll and Mr. Grim's BD-ROM Drive Icon is successfully installed. I have also looked in shell32.dll along with several other dll's and .exe's but can't find the place where the standard BD-ROM Drive icon is hiding.

Does any one, maybe Mr. Grim, know where this bugger is hiding?

Thanks in advance!!!

Best Regards...

Hi lysy1993pl,

Thank You for your help! I went back and checked the imagesp1.dll in system32 and wow64 and Mr. Grim's icon was in both files.

In my first post I incorrectly stated "I have manually checked the imagres.dll and Mr. Grim's BD-ROM Drive Icon is successfully installed", it was actually in the imagesp1.dll.

Anyway, there must be another location that Daemon Tools is pulling this icon from. The new icons were install way prior to the installation of Daemon Tools.

Also, I have Power ISO and Magic Disk installed and they both show Mr. Grim's DVD Drive icons.

If anyone else has an idea please let me know.

Thanks again lysy1993pl for your help!

Best Regards...

You must rebuild icon cache..

I recommend to use this program > http://browse.deviantart.com/?qh=&secti ... e#/d2pqd46 (http://browse.deviantart.com/?qh=&section=&q=icon+cache#/d2pqd46)

Hi lysy1993pl,

Thanks again for the help. I tried the program you suggested but it did not do the trick, the standard icon is still showing.

Hope you or someone else has another trick up your sleeve.

Thanks again and Best Regards...
