Could someone please help me?

I almost have my taskbar complete without flyouts. But one button has me frustrated , it is shown as "number 1" in the picture. I am getting frustrated! Where is this button?

but after changing everything I thought it was I got lost! hover button works well but I can't normal to work. any thoughts?

For some reason the normal state doesn,t show up , its just hover, selected and the others, I don,t know of a way to make the normal state show ,sorry.
