text and background color

ciao how can I change the background in the first image , and black text in the second image?

I can,t help as I don,t have that connection window/I don,t know what the other app is so I can,t test it, at a guess I,d say-
Fonts, Colors & System Metrics > Fonts & System Metrics > WINDOW:COLOR- for the back grounds

for the text in the connection window try

Styles > FlyoutStyle > <3>
Styles > FlyoutStyle > <2> > <2>

Alot of this stuff is the same in other system tray flyouts, some times you have to experiment.
