I want to Add Image to Default background as like selected text Permanently
Actually that image will Display if i select but i want that Image behind all my explorer Files Any Idea Please
And i am using AVE Win7style editor

I'm pretty sure that's not possible. Unless selected or hovered over list items don't have an image applied to them. All you get is the text over the background of the panel.
