The following utility is a derivative from the full Circle Dock program!
If you like this utility, then you are going to love it's full functionality built in to Circle Dock !!!
This small Command line utility can be set up as a shortcut to hide/Show/Toggle Desktop Icons, Windows Side Bar Gadgets, or both. This was created to fill the void being left behind by a Windows XP utility as described in this article at How-To Geek Article published in June 23, 2008. That software has since been left for dead. Thanks to Markham (Circle Dock programmer) Those using Windows Vista and Windows 7 now have a replacement.
This utility will currently partially work in Windows XP.
