First off, posting a link to the rainmeter gadget would be a good idea
Second, it can't be done. Windows gadgets cannot use a transparent background
I will advice you to at least try rainmeter, it is a really great tool.

You are posting an image, which is quite useless in this case. You will have to post the link to the original download of the rainmeter skin, and someone might be able to help you

have a clock with this effect for sidebar,but without date!^^

you can change the font and the color!^^

that is where i found the rainmeter clock theme is by spewed.
