With this tool from black viper you are able to create a custom registry file to tweak your windows 7 services.
You go to the site here
http://www.blackviper.com/Windows_7/customREG.htm
choose your windows 7 version in the lower portion of the screen

Anew screen will open with all services for your version of windows 7 listed

choose to the right side how you would like the service ie, manual, disabled ect.
you then click create file at the bottom of the screen and you will be able to download a custom registry tweak file that you can right click on and select merge from your context menu. Then roboot and you now have all your services set just the way you like them :)
