When I download an icon pack and change the icons. It will change the icons. However, the icon still shows as vanilla when it's resting on my taskbar. How can I change it to where the icon I downloaded for a library folder such as my "Pictures" folder displays on my taskbar rather than the vanilla folder?

The icon on the taskbar is not for an idividual folder or file. It is a default icon for explorer. You can change it by opening explore to display the icon on taskbar then right clicking the icon on the taskbar which will open the menu box then right click windows explorer in the menu and select properties. In the properties window there should be a change icon button under the shortcut tab. Hope this helps and explains it some for you

icon pack also will not change library file icon in the menu tree on the left . You need to use a program called librarian for that. You can find it in the software section

Thanks man. That solved my problem. I managed to get the Windows Explorer icon how I wanted it. However, I didn't find Librarian in the software section. Do you by chance know where else I can get it?
