Where are the buttons in the red boxs & the arrows
Can the blue text be changed ?

Alright mate,

Toolbars, Headers and Rebar > Toolbars & Headers > Toolbar > Button - and
Toolbars, Headers and Rebar > Toolbars & Headers > Toolbar > DropDownButton

I,ve never managed to change the blue text, I,ve done a color search and changed all the text in the results, no joy.

I missed the arrow part of the question, thats the glyph image here mate-

At first I though the arrows could not be changed, I edited the Main Image it's arrows 2 but had to edit Glyph Image, DPI 96.
