file, edit, view toolbar not changing

I've put a new border on and it is fine except where the file, edit, view, etc buttons are. In that spot it is only white. I have looked through the lessons and followed the instructions but I have yet to find this problem within the forums here. Any help would be appreciated.

you,ll have to upload the theme or image for the menubar for me to have a look.

No problem,you just have to add transparancy to the image here-

I,ve edited the image a little in this .msstyle as a demo

Oh man thank you! See....I spent a good few hours trying to fix it by changing that bar over and over, restarting, switching themes, etc. I never did and never would have thought of transparency. Thanks again!!
