Hey I'm new on here and need some help. My wife has Windows Vista Home, and is really bored with the default crap they have on their for themes. She's tried Windows Theme Installer and it didn't work for her, she has downloaded themes but they don't show up or just make her computer look like its Windows 98. If somebody could give me step by step instructions on how to do this the RIGHT way, that would be great. She has Windows Glazz, and we can't afford Windows Blinds. Please help, this is bugging the crap outta me!!
