Location map for text (in this screenshot)

Could someone please tell me the location map for the text located in the red square?

Most of that black text cannot be changed
The checkboxs text can be changed by adding text color properties at
Buttons, Boxes & Controls > Buttons > Button > CheckBox

Ah right, cheers. If that's not possible, then would I be able to change the black background to another colour (to make the text readable)?

Yes it's at Lists, Menus & Tabs > Tab > Body edit the image color it's a 1x1px image

It is but it doesn't have to be. Any reasonably sized image can be used but note that the sizingtype property will be ignored here. It defaults to tiling no matter what.
