While one can always manually disable Interactive logon viz. Do not require CTRL+ALT+DEL, before logging on to a Windows 7 or Vista computer, Microsoft has now released a Fix It which allows you to do so automatically.
msfixit Enable or disable CTRL+ALT+DELETE sequence for logging on to Windows 7
Simply visit KB308226 and download Microsoft Fix It 50405 to Enable the CTRL+ALT+DELETE sequence for logging on and Microsoft Fix it 50406 to DisablEe the CTRL+ALT+DELETE sequence for logging on.
Note that you must be logged on with Administrator rights to perform this task.
