What rainmeter skin do i get that has those gadgets that you have on the bottom right corner???

When you download and install rainmeter that skin is one of the default skins that is included in the installation. It is called gnometer. You just need to configure it to your system needs after install of rainmeter

Looks like Vcloud weather skin You will have to edit setting .ini in notepad and change the location code to you area and there is a small instructions in the notepad ini how to do it
