I have downloaded IE9 and have been using it since it's release and I must say it is quicker than IE8 and suprisingly stable for a beta , the only web page that I have not been able to view is my ISP's homepage , everything else seems to laod just fine .
It is also cleaner looking than IE8 with more viewable area but the thing I like most is that favorites are located at the top right side of the browser instead of on the left , just seems more natural for them to be there , being right handed my mouse hand just gravitates to the right side of the screen , so I guess lefties are going to have some getting used to this ....Lol.

Word to the wise though , if you are using IE9 , be careful where you surf , it does have a virus vulnerabilty that has not yet been plugged , SEE HERE : http://www.thewindowsclub.com/beware-ro ... explorer-9 (http://www.thewindowsclub.com/beware-rogue-antivirus-2010-is-no-friend-of-internet-explorer-9)

Other than the above IMO I think Microsoft is finally on the right track with IE :party2:

I don't think thats possible i'm afraid. I've just checked my list of installed programs and it doesn't show there. Anyway, it's a rather small application so it doesn't take up much space, so you'll be fine having it just to lay in the background, even if you don't use it

it's listed under the sevice pack/KB list look on the left and you will see installed updates. click on that and it will show all the KBs installed on the computer. it's listed as internet explorer 9...
