Coming from the Linux world too,I always looked for eye candy software on Windows as well (first win98se,xp sp2,sp3,then win7 ultimate).
I find these software enriching and making more pleasant using Windows also:aquasnap,system transparency,explorer coverflow (http://www.aqua-soft.org/forum/topic/52376-explorer-cover-flow/),macomfort (http://rafaelklaus.com/macomfort/),deskspace,cubedesktop,smallwindows (http://smallwindows.sourceforge.net/),circle dock,nimi visuals,windowfx,dexpot,napalm (http://www.fiastarta.com/NAPALM/);etc. :) :D

I just hope that someday compiz fusion and other desktop effects will be ported on Windows too. :icon_neutral:
