Clock Location and default

Where can i change the time to it's default setting.

Let me just get this right; Do you want it to become a 24 hour clock rather than a 12 hour clock? Or do you want to make it like it is in default aero? (no glow, and smaller text)

Goto this location in WSB-
Taskbar & System Tray > System Tray > Aero > Clock

remove text glow size, glow color and glow intensity or set there values to "0"

the font property should be located here if you want to change its size -

Taskbar & System Tray > System Tray > Basic > Clock
