How to change aero highlight in taskbar?

Hi , how can i change the overlay aero highlight that appears on mouse hover and follows the pointer? Also how do I change blue glow? Thanks

Thank You. So am I right to assume that I cannot hide the glow from transparent taskbar, but only opaque?
Also am I looking at the right place - TaskBand>Basic>Taskband>TaskItemButton ?
