A-Patch for Windows Live Messenger Wave 4 has been released. A-Patch is a freeware tool that lets you customize the visual appearance of your Windows Live Messenger.

Although it has much fewer tweaks than its earlier version, I am sure many will still find this app to be of interest!

has the following options:

* Remove advertisement from main window. At the moment it only removes the ad and not the space.
* Remove text advertisement in the IM window.
* Polygamy – open more than one Messenger at once.
* Remove the “See More Offerings” items in the file menus.
* Remove “Featured” section from the Emoticons “more” dialog box
